Customs & Taxes
All cross-border international orders may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and local consumption taxes formulated by the destination country’s customs department. All additional customs-related fees are not included in the product unit price and shipping cost, which need to be independently undertaken by the buyer.
Molvessao will not be responsible for order delays, package detention, additional tariffs or return penalties caused by local customs policy adjustments and inspection standards. We will actively provide formal commercial invoices and customs declaration documents to assist customers in completing customs clearance smoothly.
