All returnable products must be in original resalable condition, including unworn and unwashed status, no scratches, stains or damage, and complete retention of original brand tags, labels and packaging. To comply with international hygiene regulations, intimate apparel, swimwear and final clearance goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For returns caused by personal preference issues such as inappropriate size or unsatisfactory style, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. For product quality problems, wrong delivery and other errors on our side, we will bear all return shipping costs and provide free exchange or full refund services.
